"Persistent Harassment by Subhajit Roy, Your Employee"
Subhajit Roy, who works as a technical account manager, has been a real nuisance to my family. He’s been stalking us and even made threats against the father of my son’s best buddy, talking about stabbing him. On top of that, he’s said some really unsettling things about my elderly dad and has approached women with some shady offers, like paying them for sexual favors and suggesting he’d help them financially if they had a kid with him.
To make matters worse, he’s tried to get into my house before 5am and also during the evenings. He hangs around my daughter’s school, and if I happen to leave my door ajar while I’m busy in the garden, he just walks right in, causing all sorts of trouble. He’s even been digging through our trash. It’s shocking that, despite involving the police and having several witnesses, this guy is still working at IBM.

"Subhajit Roy, your employee, has been persistently harassing my family despite our clear refusal."
Subhajit Roy, the technical account manager, has been persistently harassing my family. He engages in stalking and following us, and has even made threats towards the father of my son's best friend, going as far as mentioning stabbing. He has also made disturbing remarks about my elderly father, and has been approaching women with inappropriate propositions, offering them money in exchange for sexual favors and even suggesting that he would financially support them if they had a child with him.
Furthermore, he has repeatedly attempted to enter my home before 5am, as well as during evenings. He loiters around my daughter's school, and if I accidentally leave my door open while tending to something in the garden, he takes advantage of the situation and enters, causing disturbances. He has even resorted to rummaging through our garbage. Despite involving the police and having multiple witnesses, it is alarming that this individual is still employed by IBM.

"Once a top-notch company, now its reliability has really taken a hit."
IBM was once a standout firm famous for its unmatched customer support across the globe. Yet, their decline started many years back, and since about 2010, both their offerings and service have taken a nosedive. The skilled and effective support staff in the U.S. have been replaced by agents in India. When you stack them up against rivals, most of IBM's products just don't deliver the same bang for your buck. Sure, they might do alright for big businesses that spend millions each year, but for smaller companies, there are way better options out there.

"Formerly an outstanding company, but its trustworthiness has significantly declined."
IBM used to be an exceptional company renowned for its unparalleled customer service worldwide. However, their downfall began several decades ago, and since around 2010, their products and customer service have significantly deteriorated. The knowledgeable and efficient call center representatives based in the United States have been substituted with representatives in India. In comparison to their competitors, the majority of IBM's products offer subpar value. While they may cater well to large corporations that allocate tens or hundreds of millions of dollars annually, for smaller entities, there are far superior alternatives available in terms of value.

"A Trustworthy and Dependable Company"
I've got a bunch of gadgets and items from IBM, and I gotta say, they're super dependable and trustworthy. The cloud storage from IBM, especially, is still the top choice out there even now.

"Frustrated by the absence of follow-up help after my account got disabled"
I'm really let down by this company since my account got disabled for no clear reason. To get help from their support team, I needed to log in, but that was a no-go because my account was locked. So, I ended up having to call customer support. But guess what? There weren't many options for account issues, and I got sent over to tech support instead. After I shared my details, they promised someone would get back to me. Sadly, that never happened, and I'm still stuck without access to my account. The level of disorganization and incompetence here is just shocking. Honestly, giving them even one star feels way too generous.

"No explanation given for my account rejection."
After I flagged some problems with my credit card, I got this message from them. I was trying to move my whole app database over to their platform. The way they communicated was just terrible: After looking into your account and transaction, we’re sorry to say that we can’t offer our services. They also mentioned that they won’t be giving any more details about this issue.

"Segpay is untrustworthy; they are dishonest and deceitful."
My experience with Segpay was awful. They took 210 euros from me and haven't replied to my refund request.

"What a total mess!"
The crew at IBM is totally chaotic, unproductive, and just doesn’t work well together. There’s a total lack of leadership and direction, with endless justifications for the slow progress. The team has zero drive or motivation to push the project ahead. On top of that, they can’t even supply basic project templates that could help things move along. It’s really disheartening to witness IBM in this condition.

"My Experience with IBM's VPC Cloud"
I've gotten the chance to use the VPC cloud from IBM. My hypervisor and virtual machines are running without a hitch, and there are plenty of features to choose from. I totally back IBM and would strongly suggest their services.
"IBM Struggles with Billing Complications"
Update 12/05/2022: I've been seeing a lag of around 30-60 days for changes to service items to show up on the actual invoice when billed in the local currency. This has caused my card to be charged incorrectly. Because of this, I’ve rated IBM just one star.
The company is dealing with billing troubles stemming from the poor integration of two invoicing systems, which leads to wrong charges on my card. I’ve reached out to IBM support about this issue, and my reference number is CS2771133.
If IBM can’t get these billing problems sorted out, it makes me worry about their capability to manage bigger projects. I’d suggest looking for alternatives for your business.
